The rooms are great 😃 exceeded my expectations. We stayed for 5 nights. Great location. Very quiet hotel. Nice staff. Yummy breakfast and a variety of options to choose from. Cool rooftop bar with some of the best cocktails on offer. The pool table was recently refurbished with a brand new table lining. Lots of great free snacks on offer. We met the owner, he is very nice and attentive. This would be the best place I've stayed in Darwin to date
Great location and good large clean rooms! Any issues found were promptly resolved! Fire alarms at 3.30 am wasn’t fun but hey that’s life! Breakfast was well done! Rooftop bar has great views and cold beer! Would stay here again! Easy walking distance to waterfront and rest of city!
This is an amazing place to stay at in Darwin and probably the best.
The night porter was super friendly and very welcoming and seemed to love his job which was so nice to see.
The rooms are perfectly equipped with everything needed and were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast restaurant was excellent for both food and service.
The roof top bar provides the best 360 degrees view of Darwin and is a must see.
Being based at the Ramada Zen helped to make our stay in Darwin even more memorable.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is a great base for tours etc. While not in the centre of things it was easy to get to where you wanted to go. The hotel itself had a great rooftop bar including complimentary snacks and a cafe for breakfast - which was outstanding. Staff were so friendly and happy to assist you in any way. If I’m ever back in Darwin I will definitely stay here again.
